Mastering Mortgage Disputes: A Comprehensive Guide for DAS Students at Geneva University

The Theme Integration with the DAS Communication digitale program has always been a key component for our course. But in the first year, we found that our students were much more vibrant in the way they researched their themes if we integrated a topic that was internet-related and current. This year, the set theme was the web, and to complement our students’ research, we focused on the question of how to sue a mortgage company. The topic was of great interest, and it was clear that it touched our students, who were all in the middle of various issues related to wealth and finance. These topics are essential because as future corporate executives, our students will be the ones pushing forward the companies and organizations for which they will work.

Digital communication and social media are at the core of marketing, business development, HR and training – all aspects of corporate dealings. While we do not teach a marketing course per se, we do teach our students how to communicate and promote their ideas digitally – and this is more than just sending an email or logging into Facebook. When it comes to digital communication, it is absolutely essential that the reader or viewer of the content understands what is happening before they make a decision. When it comes to how to go after the mortgage company, the logic is no different. The mortgage company is a corporation, and they are protected by legal ads. Therefore, if you plan to take action against the mortgage company, you need to know how to sue a mortgage company, where to take your case, what you can expect, and you need to present your case with discretion.

We also want to use our findings to better understand how we can work with people who have had similar experiences. By providing a link to the article from the current topic, we hope that it will integrate well with the current coursework and will allow us to increase our understanding of the issues at play for those faced with a mortgage company.
